Problems activating your account?

Have you waited 2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday) from receiving your Kent ID number? The process won't work until then.

Make sure you enter your Kent ID number and not your applicant ID. Your Kent ID has been sent to you in a message on KentVision with the subject ‘Your place at Kent – how to enrol’.

Make sure there is no space at the beginning or the end of your Kent ID. This can happen by accident if you copy and paste it.

Make sure your password does not contain your surname.
